Ingredients

  • DAARZOOD Chicken cutups one potato chickpeas garlic oil and butter parsley salt and spices

Directions

1. Put a little oil and butter in a frying pan on the fire and fry the chicken pieces in it well.

2. Add a chopped potato with chickpeas and grated garlic and leave them in the pan, as they cook well, then add black pepper, ginger, turmeric, cumin and salt.

3. Add a tablespoon of curd pepper, then pour in water and leave it until everything is cooked on a low heat.

4. Put it in a serving dish and decorate it with parsley.

Chef's Tip

After cutting the cooked chicken off the bones, return the bones to the sauce in which the chicken was cooked and simmer longer to increase the flavor of the broth.
