Ingredients

  • Daarzood eggs Sourdough slices 1 avocado 1 Feta cheese Dill

Directions

1. Use 4 small sourdough slices, mashed up 1 avocado, then add a sprinkle of feta to each, and then diced up about 1/4 cup preserved lemon.

2. To make soft boiled eggs, boil water, add the eggs for 6 and a half minutes, and then immediately place into an ice bath and let cool before peeling.

Chef's Tip

Poached eggs are notoriously difficult to pull off, but daarzood has a tip to make you a master of poached eggs. After you boil water, poke a small hole in the egg with a pin to release the air inside the egg. Then drop the egg in the hot water for 10 seconds, which will greatly help it keep its shape.
