Ingredients

  • DAARZOOD chicken cutups grated garlic parsley canned tomatoes scented herbs 1 tsp of bell pepper 1 tsp of ginger 1 tsp of turmeric 1/2 tsp of black pepper 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp of honey 1 large spoonful of vinegar

Directions

1. We mix garlic, herbs, canned tomatoes, parsley, spices and oil, add honey, vinegar and about 1/2 cup of water and salt and mix.

2. We dip the chicken in the mixture and put it in a bag and put it in the fridge for at least two hours, after that we put the potatoes in a mold and add about half a cup of water to the sauce and empty it into the mold, then add the olives and the chicken.

3. We wash the cooking paper with water, cover the mold with it, and put it in the oven at 180 degrees until it becomes soft, then remove the cooking paper and return the dish to the oven, lit from the top only, for about 5 minutes, until it becomes fried.

Covered chicken takes longer to cook in the oven than uncovered chicken.
